Mick Mathey and Mauro Stefani took over from outgoing president Richard Bence at the committee's first meeting on Wednesday night.
"It's getting harder and harder on volunteers and their time and we were both keen to do it, so why not share the load?" Mathey said.
Mathey, who was vice-president, and Stefani were on last season's eight-person board, which has now grown to 12.
"The previous board has done a really good job, we're stable off the field, we've got money in the bank and we're going really well, it's just on-field we've got to sort out."
