"I think the key things were that we presented all of our achievements over the last couple of years and not one person was dissatisfied with what we've done," Leman said.
"Everybody seems to be happy with the direction we're going and there were no concerns."
Leman considered stepping down after three years in the top job, but was happy to put his hand up for another season.
"We want to grow awareness that will also grow participation," Leman said.
"We've got a lot of new initiatives and we're hoping to put a proposal together for a season launch.
"We want to get more kids playing football and make it as easy as possible for them to do that.
"Using social media, websites, apps and all that sort of stuff is vital to communicating with the whole community of Albury-Wodonga and the wider region."
Cigana was awarded AWFA life membership at the meeting.
The executive will next meet on December 18.
