Wood and Kuschert played junior cricket with the Yenda-raised Blackwell.

"It's going to be amazing," Wood, who will co-coach the side, said.
"Not a lot of opportunities come along to play with Australian and WBBL players so it's pretty exciting for our girls.
"We asked Alex to play last time when the game was washed out in Canberra but she was unavailable so this time she jumped at it straight away.

"It's fantastic, particularly for our younger girls who are on the same pathway."
The Border Bullets, who are made up of players from throughout the Riverina, will take on ACT Aces with the winner to advance to the semi-finals at the SCG on January 21.
Blackwell, 36, made her senior debut for NSW in 2001-02 and went on to play 12 Tests, 144 one-day internationals and 111 Twenty20 matches for Australia.
She is the state's leading run-scorer in the Women's National Cricket League.
"Alex has an unbelievable record and our girls will learn so much from her," Wood said.
"Her nieces, Frankie and Annie Bush, are going to be running the water for us."
