Howlong Men's Shed received money from the Great Grows Here community grants program, established by Uncle Toby's last year to enable men's sheds to complete goodwill community projects.
The Howlong members created a great deal of goodwill in 2017 when they put up the first street decorations the town had seen in decades.

Secretary John Coughlan said this year's third instalment, which included about 50 refurbished and new plywood pieces on Christmas themes, continued to create interest.
"Little kids are wandering around looking at them all, pointing at them with their mother in tow," he said.
The men's shed has about 15 members aged between 65 and 85 years and "nearly everybody puts their hand in somewhere" in preparing the display.
The grant helped provide materials as well as new equipment like a bench saw.
"The main aim of all men's sheds is men's health," Mr Coughlan said.
"Any money we get at any time improves our gear.
"We'd make do with what we had but if you're improving your gear, you're improving your work.
"It makes it better, makes it easier to operate and easier to keep doing it."
