Albury Wodonga Multicultural Community Events (AWMCE) will host a Multicultural Youth Showcase at The Cube Wodonga on Saturday night.
Event organiser Bhakta Bhattarai said the first-time event aimed to promote cultural diversity throughout the Border.
The showcase motto is: Our Youth, Our Hope, Our Future.
"We want to empower youth, multiculturalism and entertain local people in the region," he said.
"We want to foster social cohesion and bring people together from diverse backgrounds.
"We also want to continue the conversation around mental health."
The Multicultural Youth Showcase will include Albury-Wodonga's multicultural youth performing various dances, singing and music.
Among other highlights will be cultural foods, traditional dresses and a Cultural Fashion Walk.
Guest speaker at 6.55pm will be Nikki Hind, Australia's first legally blind fashion designer and social entrepreneur.
Everyone is welcome to this free community event.
There will be food representing many different cultures available in The Cube foyer.
