It was owned by some former senior managers of the company and been sold to a local investor whose identity hasn't been disclosed.
The land was formerly part of the St Patrick's Parish school site with the single storey office building constructed by Colin Joss Pty Ltd in 2001.

An expressions of interest sale process was conducted by agents L.J. Colquhoun Dixon.
"It is a good result for all concerned," director Andrew Dixon said.
An Albury family, which also wishes to remain anonymous, has beaten off four other bids for the property submitted as part of an expressions of interest process led by agents, Chapman, Gould & May.
The sale price also remains under wraps.
Nuns moved into the Olive Street address in 1993 when they relocated from the convent of St Brigid across the road.
It was opened in 1870 and built for a cost of five thousand pounds.
The Sisters of Mercy celebrated 150 years in Albury last year after arriving from Goulburn in 1868 to set up a girls' school.
Agent Grahame Gould said a sale was clinched less than a week after the expressions of deadline expired.
"It's been sold to a local family and they plan to try and find tenants with plenty of options open to them given its mixed use zoning."
The residences sit on a 1340-square-metre site.
