However, it's uncertain yet if North Albury or Wodonga will host the decider on Sunday, January 26.
"I've just got to meet with council, but it will be either Martin Park or Bunton Park," CAW chairman Michael Erdeljac said.
North and Wodonga finished unbeaten after the five matches.
CAW introduced the T20 format as a separate competition last season.
Lavington and North contested the decider at Martin Park on January 27.
North posted 7-105 as the Panthers claimed a five-wicket win with seven balls to spare.
The pair also contested the 50-over grand final series with North claiming that crown.
The T20 provincial decider will be the second of two matches, with North and East Albury in second grade.
