The club captured 18 wins across the weekend to finish just behind Ballarat City at the top of the standings.
Corowa Rowing Club captain Wes Canny was delighted with the performances throughout.
"It was a fantastic effort from the club. We had a lot of first-time rowers and it was really good for them to have a row at their first Rowing Victoria regatta," he said.

"It's probably a bit of a step up because like most regional towns, we lose a lot of kids to university, but we had a lot of young kids coming through this year.
"We won three out of the four under-15 events, male and female, across the weekend and that shows we've got a little bit of depth coming through in boys and girls.
"We put a lot of time in and we work with Corowa High School to coach kids and that sort of flows on to having good results at regattas and a good membership base."
Neighbouring club Wahgunyah also had some strong results with Joel Tyrell and Bryce Stones taking out the open men's pairs event, while Rutherglen also performed well.
"We all work together to run the regatta, but each club has worked really hard to make sure they provide rowing opportunities for boys and girls in the area," Canny added.
Entries were down around 20 per cent on last year, which exceeded 1100.
The bushfire crisis prevented many from returning this year, but organisers were still happy to attract more than 800 entries.
