Mr Keelty will host a town hall meeting from 10am at the Deniliquin RSL.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Mr Keelty announced he would tour towns along the Murray Darling Basin after the Ministerial Council of state and federal water ministers granted him limited powers.
A town hall meeting will also be held in Albury, but details have not been released.
