First round finals action has been confirmed for the under-18 boys and under-16 boys. The draws are as follows:

Under-18 boys at Lauren Jackson Sports Centre at 8.30am: Victoria Goldminers v Tas Devils, NSW Waratahs v SA Magpies, SA Sharks v NSW Kookaburras, Tas Tigers v Vic Bushrangers and NZ Weka v Fiji.

Under-16 boys at Lauren Jackson Sports Centre at 10.15am: NSW Waratahs v SA Sharks, Vic Goldminers v Tas Devils, Tas Kangaroos v Vic Bushrangers, SA Magpies v NSW Kookaburras, Tas Tigers v Albury-Wodonga and NZ Kea v NZ Weka (played at The Scots School Albury).

Fixtures for the under-14 boys and girls, under-16 girls and under-18 girls will be finalised after Friday's opening matches are completed.

Victorian teams won five of the six grand finals last year, with the NSW Kookaburras preventing the clean sweep with victory in the under-18 boys decider.
