Morley has been the Crows team manager for the last two seasons under Dowling and 2018 coach Beck O'Connell, sharing in the A-grade side's back-to-back Hume league premiership success.
"With Holly out for five or six weeks last year I sort of stepped in and did the coaching and training for them," Morley said.
"It's a great club and they've got a great group of girls out there.
"Two premierships in two years, it's really good."
Morley's daughter Brooke has also shared in the Crows recent success, while sister Ella is expected to join the club this season from Ovens and Murray league club Corowa-Rutherglen, making it a family affair.
The Crows are anticipating to retain most of their players from last season with the inclusion of a few more.

"I've spoken to most of the senior girls and a lot of them are returning," Morley said.
"At this stage we're looking really good.
"I just want to get going and get things rolling.
"Whether we finish top or mid-range, I just want them to enjoy it and get the best out of them."
The incoming coach began her junior playing career with Oaklands in the old Coreen and District league, making her A-grade debut when she was 14-years-old.
Morley then moved on to play at Daysdale for a couple of seasons before landing at Tallangatta and District league club Wahgunyah.
It was there where she received coaching experience at both junior and senior levels.
Billabong Crows will get stuck into their pre-season training this Monday night, with ongoing sessions also taking place on Wednesdays.
"We'll gauge where we're at in the next week or so," Morley said.
The reigning premiers first game for the Hume league netball season will be against Rand-Walbundrie-Walla on April 4, followed by clashes with Osborne, Culcairn, Holbrook and Brock-Burrum to round out the first five rounds.
