The in-form Swampies held their opponents to 5-160 and reeled in the target with ease thanks to a sparkling 88 from opener Shannon Terlich.
Terlich smashed 16 boundaries and one six before being caught on the mid-wicket boundary.
Grant Gardiner made a quickfire 42 not out off 50 deliveries.
Earlier, TRYC star Aiden Ridley made 73 and Todd Hannam looked ominous in making 23 before being bowled by a superb Dylan Hore delivery.
"We were really happy to restrict them to 160," captain Greg Schuller said.
"The ground was quick and around 200 would have been a good score.
"Our bowlers did a great job and Shannon backed up it up with another good innings opening.
"It was a good win."
Brock-Burrum caused another boilover by defeating Walbundrie by six wickets.
The Tigers looked in a good position after Jarrod Miller made 114 not out to help the side post 186, but the visitors were up to the challenge with veteran opener Dave Williams steering Brock-Burrum to victory.
He made 101 off 84 balls with Trent I'Anson providing support with 45.
