Essential Energy is now only reporting 58 customers around the Wise Street, Jones Street area have no power.
There are also 77 customers north of Gerogery still without power.
More rain is expected after lunch. The Bureau of Meteorology is reporting 13.8 millimetres of rain up until 11am.
In Victoria, Oxley and Milawa have been the worst hit with 238 and 21 customers without power respectively.
It is expected to be restored by 2pm.
UPDATE: Storms have also affected Albury's CBD with almost 500 customers without power.
Essential Energy has reported 487 customers from the monument down to Young Street don't have power.
There are also 71 customers in the Table Top Bowna area without electricity as well as a large portion of Jindera, Burrumbuttock, Gerogery and Glenellen.
The energy provider hasn't provided an estimated time for when it will be restored.
The Bureau of Meteorology has reported Albury has received 11 millimetres of rain overnight.
EARLIER: Power outages around Wangaratta on Monday morning have affected 241 premises.
AusNet Services reported the unexpected interruption occurred just after 8am.
Ninety-five properties in Wangandary have lost power, along with homes in Wangaratta (91), Waldara (46), Killawarra (seven) and Wangaratta South (two).
Further disruptions have occurred in Brimin (38 customers affected), Boorhaman North (five), Norong (four), Bundalong (10) and Milawa (26).
