Forck's side defeated the Lavington quartet of Vic Moore, Allan Pantling, Max Scanlan and Darren Moore, 22-8, in the decider.

Henty raced out to a 7-0 lead on four ends and extended it to 15-3 after eight, which proved too much for the Panthers to reel in.
They booked their place in the decider with an 18-10 win against North Albury's Duane Crow, Norm Honey, Andrew Hirst and Brett Furze, while Moore's men took down Culcairn's Dave Trebley, Jim Lee, Brian Watson and Phil Lee, 26-11.
Urana was triumphant in the president's reserve final.
Marco Dodds, Mick Dunnett, Tony Cantwell and Mike Hodgess combined to see off the North Albury rink of Bob Geddes, Lloyd Ronan, Mark Mulcahy and Max Duncan, in thrilling fashion, 24-22.
Scores were locked at 22-all after 21 ends, meaning a extra end was required.
It was a similar tale in the semi-final for Urana, who held off Walla's Barry Carey, Russell Paech, Noel Wilksch and Phil Scholz, 17-16.
North Albury's Ken Allen, Roy Dahmes, Clarrie Klepiak and Garry Broad picked up the senior fours in a strange contest against Lavington's Les Waldron, Brian Linehan, Bill Collins and Tom Carroll.
The Lavington side led 10-1 after seven ends, before North Albury completely turned the tables to finish runaway 31-13 winners.
Allen's team was pushed by Howlong's Phil Slater, John Boyd, John Edwards and Rob McConnell in the semi-final, winning 20-16.
