CHILTERN: Community morning tea, entertainment and award presentations. Hosted by the Chiltern Girl Guides. Where and When: Tourist Park, Main Street, 9.45am - 12 noon (for a 10.30am official start).
CORRYONG: Breakfast and ceremony. Guest speaker: Mrs Lorraine Griffiths, Corryong Lions Club. Where and When: Youth Club Hall, Donaldson Street, 8am - 11am. Breakfast 8am. Ceremony 9.15am.
CULCAIRN: Events include: Ambassador's Address, Citizenship Ceremony, flag raising and national anthem, presentation of Citizen, Young Citizen, Sports Volunteer and Sports Person, Community Event of the Year and School Citizenship awards. Barbecue breakfast hosted by the Culcairn Development Committee. Morning tea after the official ceremony. There will be a variety of activities for all the family to enjoy so bring along your swimmers, tennis racquets, walking shoes or skate board. The Culcairn swimming pool will be open from 12 noon with the pool inflatable, the new Culcairn Skate Park will be open along with adjoining tennis courts. Why not take a walk/run along the Culcairn walking track or try out the BMX Bike track.
