The building, which has been vacant for more than two years, is expected to house a new Chemist Warehouse as well as two retail shops and a medical centre, which are now up for lease.
The 2300-square-metre building, which goes from High Street through to the car park behind, was purchased for $4 million in 2018 but no construction work has yet been done.
The discount chemist chain is proposed to take up a large portion of the space with L.J Colquhoun Dixon Real Estate advertising for lease the three other areas.
Real estate agent Chris Brown was contacted for comment, but could not provide any information.
The real estate agency's website is advertising the three spaces separately with one retail shop having a High Street shop front, while the other will be accessible from the rear car park off Hovell Street.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The medical centre is advertised as being "approximately 498 square metres" and will adjoin the chemist.
"Refurbished building and substantial car parking at rear," the advertisement said.
The chemist will take up 837 square metres, medical centre 498 square metres and the two retail spaces 178 square metres and 310 square metres.
The website said the three areas up for lease will be available August 2019, although The Border Mail understands this should say 2020.
Chemist Warehouse, which has five stores on the Border including three in Wodonga, could not be contacted for comment.
