The Victorian government cash will be split into areas including boosting the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund with $5 million and $3.8 million towards a Trauma Recovery Team.
An additional $4 million will also be spent to boost mental health support in schools.

State Education Minister James Merlino said the $13.45 million package is about supporting students and staff as they get back to school, kindergarten and training.
"We're providing financial, health and wellbeing support Victorians impacted by this summer's bushfires need," he said.
The package also includes $650,000 in kindergarten fee subsidies. Additional support will also be provided to Indigo, Wangaratta and Wodonga local government areas.
