Brett Kimmorley is this year's special guest for the popular event to be staged on Friday, February 14 at Albury's Commercial Club.
Organiser Warren Jenkinson said ticket sales are down on last year, given the luncheon coincided with South Sydney's visit to the Border to take on Riverina.

"Companies are holding their money for bushfire appeals, so it's not going as hard as last year," he said.
"Last year was a good year and we had (South Sydney's) Wayne Bennett and Sam Burgess on top of the guys we'd originally organised, which was a real bonus."
Kimmorley will be joined by NSW Rugby League CEO David Trodden.
"He (Trodden) should give us a bit of an insight into what's happening in the game politically, as well as other ways," Jenkinson said.
Tickets are $110 each or $1000 for a table of 10, including a two-course meal and drinks. To book, contact Jenkinson on 0428 867 808.
