The lone Albury-Wodonga Football Association outfit in this year's Football Victoria draw will take on Men's State League 5 side Macedon Blues United.
Despite facing a three-hour journey, Wanderers' coach Shaun Wilhelm confirmed his side will make the trip down the highway.
"We're never going to progress too far, but we look at it as some practice games leading into the season against different teams," Wilhelm said.
"That's why we go in it every year.
"I haven't had a chance to look into them yet.
"It will be a bit of a bonding session for the boys before the season starts, so it will be good."

Wilhelm added the Twin City squad will look mostly the same as last year at this stage, but could change if Murray United is unable to field a side in NPL 3 due to its current player shortage.
All opening round fixtures are scheduled to be played on the weekend of February 15 and 16.
The Wanderers won their opening tie in last year's tournament against East Kew, 4-0, before being eliminated following a 6-0 defeat against Monash City, both played at Wodonga's Willow Park.
Wangaratta, Myrtleford and Cobram have previously entered the tournament, but opted not to in 2020.
Myrtleford in particular has has recent success in the FFA Cup, winning its first three matches in 2018 against Westside Strikers (3-0), Riversdale (3-0) and Elwood City (3-1), before bowing out in round four with a 3-2 loss to Ringwood City.
The Savoys, along with Wodonga Heart, are the only two AWFA senior men's sides yet to sign a coach.
