Border Food Forum 2020 on Thursday and Friday will offer more guest speakers, tastings and three classes of tickets to tailor the experience at Miss Amelie in Wodonga.
Warhurst said he had wanted to create an opportunity for Border chefs, hospitality workers and the public to network, sample local produce and tap into industry trends.
"I hope to inspire other young, passionate people to join the hospitality industry," he said.

The forum will feature cooking demonstrations, product samples and eight guest speakers.
Guest speakers include: David Kapay (owner/operator of Miss Amelie, Wodonga); Ben Warhurst (Border Food Forum founder); Ashley Davis (MasterChef Australia guest chef, owner/operator of Copper Pot Seddon); Andrea Burgio (Andiamo Street Kitchen); Nathan Cowan (Billson's Brewery, Beechworth, director); Anita Human (award-winning cake decorator, Fondtastic ambassador); Adam Moore (corporate chef and TV presenter); and Jessica Pedamont (award-winning chocolatier and pastry chef).
Three classes of tickets - Gold, VIP and Platinum - are available from eventbrite.
It runs 6pm to 9.30pm on Thursday and from noon on Friday.
