Mount Prior Vineyard and cellar door was sold in December for an undisclosed amount and closed to the public.
On February 15 hundreds of pieces of wine-making equipment, antiques, farm equipment and everything in between will be auctioned.
Corcoran Parker agent Bo Helwig said a vineyard and cellar door dispersal like this was rare.
"I have definitely never seen anything like this around the region," he told The Border Mail.
"The dispersal is a brilliant opportunity for winemakers, both the big names and some up-and-coming smaller wineries, to come and have a look at the equipment on offer.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"Even if you are just after a wine barrel, there are plenty of those to go.
"The owners have been there a long time and when they sold they decided everything should be sold as well.
"I think what is on offer will suit not just winemakers as well; there are things that brewers or farmers might benefit from as well.
"You just have to come down and have a look."
The full list of what is on offer is available at the Corcoran Parker Facebook page, but features everything from a wine press, ram press, Benchmark labelling machine and every size wine barrel imaginable.
Antiques, including a MG Dyke & Sons safe, as well as farm supplies, including a Mahindra ute, are also for sale.
Mr Helwig said when they first decided to do the dispersal they weren't going to accept any outside entries, but phone calls started rolling in.
"We didn't want to make a gloss of what was already there for sale but we had a few people contact us and we decided to include some other entries as well," he said.
"This auction really is one of a kind, especially in the Rutherglen wine region.
"We are expecting quite a large crowd on the day and encourage anyone who is interested to have a look online and come down on the day of the auction."
The auction, aptly named The cork has popped for the last time, will start at 9am onsite at the cellar door and vineyard.
