Only 24 hours after being dealt a seven-wicket hiding by the Crows, Leigh Clarke's side hit back strongly to clinch their fourth victory of the season.
Clarke said the performance was full of character.
"We are in a bit of a rut with our batting at the moment but taking two wickets in the first over put some perceived pressure on them and we took it from there," Clarke said.
"It was all about fighting the fight and the boys did really well.
"We didn't win a game for a long time and now we've won four this year so I think we are heading in the right direction."
After being bowled out for 121 in 45.4 overs, Wodonga Raiders paceman Jesse Griffiths made immediate inroads into East Albury's top-order.
He grabbed the wickets of Kris Milosta and Coby Fitzsimmons in his first over to have the home team reeling at 2-0.
It got worse as West Indian all-rounder Romario Greaves fell soon after as Griffiths and Nick Bracher applied the pressure.
East Albury continued to lose a steady flow of wickets before Sean Barrett and Cameron White came together for the final wicket.
They took the score from 9-77 to 111 when Barrett was given run out in a tight call.
Barrett topscored with 33 off 55 deliveries while White remained six not out.
Wodonga Raiders also struggled with the bat with Bracher's 40 in the middle-order giving them a glimmer of hope.
"Our top-order is struggling and I'm a big part of that," Clarke said.
"We aren't really giving our bowlers a score to bowl at but thankfully we had just enough today."
The win was even more impressive considering Griffiths could only manage four overs after injuring his foot.
He finished with 2-8.
Wodonga scored its second comfortable victory over a battling St Patrick's for the weekend at Xavier High on Sunday.
