Muller and goal shooter Georgia Thomas will both be absent from the Raiders line-up after relocating to Melbourne.
Muller led the Toni Wilson Medal count after 12 rounds last season later finishing equal fifth with 18 votes.
The club has picked up two new players from Culcairn in Georgie Pitson and Meg Smith, while Ellie Gleeson will make her return to Ovens and Murray league netball.

Raiders have completed their trials for the upcoming season with many players set to return.
"We've retained a lot of that youth and we've got some 16's who have stepped up and will be pushing for some of those senior grades," House said.
"We're just getting geared up and having a nice focus I think from a coaches perspective as a whole club this year."
Raiders just missed out on finals last season after a last round loss to North Albury helped Albury Tigers slide into finals.
