Mack gained employment with the Wangaratta Chronicle as a sports journalist last year which was the major reason behind him joining the Magpies.
The former Murray Bushranger spent his first season of senior football with Brock-Burrum last year and played in the Saints grand final loss to Osborne.
"I really enjoyed playing for Brock-Burrum last year and got my passion back for playing football," Mack said.
"My plan was to have a year in the bush and then have a crack at the O&M.
"I still drive from Albury to Wangaratta each day for work but am looking to relocate there in the next six-months.
"So it just made sense to play football at Wangaratta as well."
