The Tigers chased down their opponents score of 8-157 with ease thanks to fine knocks from Ed Perryman (76 not out) and Dan Kennedy (39 not out).
Perryman's knock came off only 74 deliveries on the small Paech Oval.
Henty skipper Greg Schuller conceded his side was outplayed.
"We were a bit rusty after the break and Osborne played well," Schuller said.
"I'd say we were 20 or 30 runs short on the golf course oval and they put together a good partnership."
Henty gave itself a chance when Dylan Hore picked up the wickets of openers Ryan Collins and Nick Perryman before the Tigers regrouped through Ed Perryman and Kennedy.
Hore was also hampered by a back injury.
Grant Gardiner topscored for Henty with 49 with Chris Willis chipping in with 27 and Braeden Pantling making 25.
Walla thrashed an under-strength Rand by 128 runs at Rand.
The Hoppers put an imposing 7-222 on the board thanks to good knocks from Chris Hutchinson (71) and Dan McCarthy (64).
Tom Simmons (4-23) and Mark Taylor (3-15) then ran through Rand's batting order with only Brayden Ralston providing resistance with 34.
Walbundrie's Jarrod Miler scored his second century of the season in his side's big win over TRYC.
