The environmental group will meet in front of Ms Ley's Kiewa Street office from 12pm to "display anger and frustration" over the "inaction on climate change".
"We are coming together to show Sussan Ley and the government what kind of future they are going to be leaving for people if they continue to ignore the science on climate change," organiser Georgie Mackintosh said.
"The catastrophic conditions our country has experienced this summer is a direct result of over 10 years of inaction and denial on climate change from the government.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"While our country burns and experiences the first hand effects of climate change, Scott Morrison fails to tell the truth about climate change and take action to implement the policy urgently needed to transition away from fossil fuels and to reduce emissions to zero.
"The government's current policy has us on track to reach three degrees warming, the extreme conditions we have experienced this summer are a result of just one degree.
"This is why we are taking action now, and why we will continue to demand change and action for our future."
The group took to Albury's main street twice late last year calling on the government to do more on climate change.
The group maintain their action is "peaceful and not disruptive".
