The Corowa export finished in a tie for third at the Vic Open played at 13th Beach Golf Links.
Fraser carded a two-under par 70 in the final round to finish five shots behind champion Min Woo Lee.
The pair virtually mirrored each other's rounds in the early stages, both birdieing the first two holes.

Lee moved four shots clear with a birdie at four, but Fraser replied with one of his own at five to cut the margin back to three.
Fraser left a putt on the lip at 12 to move within two and then had his first bogey at 14 to slip four behind.
He dropped another shot at 17, but got it back on the last to share third with France's Robin Sciot-Siegrist.
New Zealander Ryan Fox produced an eight-under 64 to grab outright second at 17-under.
Wodonga's Zach Murray shot 71 to finish at nine-under par in a tie for 15th.
