Home Care (formerly Lutheran Community Services) has been providing services for the frail elderly of the region since 1993.
Lutheran was the first provider in the Murray Riverina Region to deliver "packaged" home care to people in their own home.
The service began with 20 people receiving this care.
In 2017 a new reform was implemented called consumer directed care, designed to increase choice and independence for those receiving home care.
This meant that the funding for a package of care was paid directly to the person needing the care.
Today, more than 300 frail elderly people in the Murray Riverina region now enjoy home care from Lutheran Aged Care.
And that number is growing.
"It's the small details that make a difference to someone," Home Care manager Rosanna Younings said.
"Caring for and assisting people on their journey of life is one of my greatest joys and the reason I work for Lutheran Aged Care."
