The talented winger has returned to his home club following Murray United's withdrawal from NPL 3 senior competition this month.
Feltrin joined Murray in its inaugural season in 2015 and made his way through the NPL junior pathway, playing a number of games at senior level in the past two years.
He was only 14 at the time and comes back to the club as a 19-year-old ready to make an impact for the Savoys.

"I think Jayden Vescio was my first coach when I was in under-11s and now he's my coach again which is a bit funny," Feltrin said.
"I think I left when I was 14, so I'll be a bit nervous in round one to be honest.
"I reckon it will be a good year and I'll enjoy my football."
Feltrin spent the second half of last year playing in the US college system, along with fellow Myrtleford juniors Fletcher Caponecchia and Jack Milford, who are both staying abroad.
