In a statement from the board on Saturday evening, the Tigers said the playing group would be required to complete 400 hours community service, along with "compulsory participation in alcohol and leadership programs".
"There have also been further sanctions imposed on individual players which will remain internal."
It remains unclear how many players were involved in last weekend's behaviour which led to the entire playing group being evicted from the park but The Border Mail understands Powell has been sanctioned by the club as a result of the incident.
With the Tigers closing ranks around their playing group, speculation will continue to linger ahead of their season opener against Wodonga Raiders on March 28 as to whether suspensions or fines formed part of the penalties to Powell and other players.
"The club unreservedly apologises to the local community and those directly impacted by the events as well as our members, sponsors and volunteers," the statement from the board said.
"The club will not be making any further public comment on this incident."
It is believed Albury's playing group was addressed by officials on the matter at training on Friday night.
Anti-social behaviour then escalated with some patrons leaving the park in disgust.
Albury's decision to keep its investigation findings in-house comes only days after it vowed to ensure the "correct sanctions and actions are taken".
It remains unclear if the Ovens and Murray is satisfied with the findings.

League manager Sean Barrett said during the week the Ovens and Murray was content to let Albury conduct an internal investigation and hand down any sanctions deemed necessary to the players involved because "it was a club event and not a league one".
Mr Dally said the behaviour of the club last Saturday night showed disrespect for the park and all of its guests.
"It's pretty ordinary, we're pretty disappointed with how they conducted themselves," he said.
"We're trying to build our business back up to where it was, and it's a pretty big kick in the guts.
"To come out to our caravan park and to conduct yourself like that, and put us under the pump like that, was pretty disappointing. We don't want them out here."
