Senior will share the top job with the experienced Fiona Boyer as the Hoppers attempt to rebuild with a young playing list.
The club has made few changes over the off-season with officials banking on the continued improvement of its traditionally strong junior base.
North Albury spokeswoman Paula Cary said Senior and Boyer would work well together.
"I think it's a really good mix," Cary said.
"We were looking to bring in some new blood as part of a succession plan and I'm sure Chloe and Fiona will do a fantastic job."
Boyer has been coaching at Bunton Park almost since the inception of Ovens and Murray netball with few boasting her experience in the competition.
The Senior family has also had strong ties to the Hoppers for years with Chloe's mother, Margo, a former B-grade mentor.
In the lower grades, Cary and Maddie Pearson will take charge of B grade, Chrissy Schulz and Boyer will coach C grade and Maddy Van Emmerik and Boyer will lead the under-16s.
The announcements were made during training on Tuesday night.
The appointment of Senior and Boyer means all 10 clubs have A grade coaches in place for the 2020 season.
