The Bulldogs have also signed Kiewa-Sandy Creek ruckman Tim D'Arcy in a significant boost to their chances of improving drastically on last year's three wins.
D'Arcy's brother Michael has played in the Bulldogs' past three grand finals.
Jindera were hard hit by departures last season after playing off in three successive grand finals from 2016-18.
Myors spent last season with King Valley where he was reunited with former Bulldog teammate Blomeley.
The super-fit wingman was regarded as one of the premier midfielders in the Hume league, joining the Bulldogs in 2015 after stints at North Albury and Wodonga.
Blomeley is a dual premiership player at the kennel in 2008 and 2011.
Bulldogs coach Andrew Wilson said it was a recruiting priority to add some much needed experience to their young list.
"Sam and Michael are proven performers in the Hume league and it's great to be able to welcome the pair back," Wilson said.
"Blom (Blomeley) only needs two more matches to notch his 200-match milestone at the club.
"The best part about getting him back is he is versatile and can play anywhere.
"Tim is a mobile big man and just loves to ruck all day and gives us the flexibility to free up our other talls."
In a further bonus Jindera have also regained Jesse Laurie and Sam Crawshaw (shoulder).
Damien Bradley (King Valley) and Bailey Hosie (North Albury) will also add further depth and leg speed.
"Besides lacking a bit of experience we also needed a bit more pace and our recruits will certainly help address that," he said.
"We have got some exciting talent emerging through the thirds and Jack Bolton will be given senior opportunities this season."
Harry Weaven (Lavington) and Joel Klemke (season off) are the only confirmed departures.
Wilson also expects to return to the line-up at some stage this season as he makes a steady recovery from a fractured tibia suffered in the final round.
Jindera president Simon Cossor said after missing finals last season for the first time in a decade that the club would focus on junior development as it looks to reestablish itself as a finals force.
"Recruits come and go but we had 14 regular senior players last year that had emerged through the junior ranks," Cossor said.
"We targeted a few experienced recruits this season to complement our youth and become more competitive.
"The development of our kids will be the focus again this season."
