The Albury-Wodonga Bake 4 Bushfires, part of a wider fundraising effort by the Australian Cake Decorating Network, sold hundreds of items in QEII Square.
Baker Hannah Partl said "a whole army of people" supplied the goodies, with the slices and brownies particularly popular.
"People are buying them for their kids' lunches for next week and the meringue pops are also selling out pretty well as well," she said.
Lavington Rural Fire Brigade brought a fire truck along to support the stall, which raised $1650 for NSW Rural Fire Service.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Member Kristopher Locke said the brigade was appreciating milder conditions after last month's bushfires.
"But we're always 24/7 on call, so anything can happen," he said.
