Set a testing 6-189 for victory, the visitors made the most of a lightning quick outfield to hit the winning runs with six balls to spare.
Osborne has won five of its last six home and away matches.
Darren Howard (64), Ed Perryman (46) and Ryan Collins (34) were the mainstays in a roller-coaster run chase.
"We had some ups and downs in the chase but we got there in the finish," Howard said.
"It was a pretty good effort as Walbundrie is a good side."
Osborne looked set to be chasing a bigger total earlier in the day when Walbundrie motored to 2-90 at drinks.
Jarrod Millar (61) batted well opening the innings with support coming from Andrew Lewis who made 69.
Alex McMaster was primed for another big knock before he fell to a brilliant mid-wicket catch by young gun Ed Perryman for 17.
The introduction of spinners Perryman, Howard and Sam McCready slowed the scoring with McCready thriving in his first bowling performance of the season.
"Our second 20 overs were fantastic," Howard said.
"The spinners slowed things down a bit and you probably need 230 or 240 on that ground because it's so big and fast.
"Sam McCready was a bit of a difference for us taking three wickets."
Osborne will be strengthened by the return of Joe Perryman and Jim Kennedy for this weekend's first final against TRYC.
Walla scored a five-wicket win over Henty.
The Swampies were bundled out for 100 with Joel Merkel and Jamie McCarthy destroying their line-up with four and three wickets respectively.
McCarthy followed up with 32 as Walla chased down the target in 22 overs.
Lockhart continued its good form by disposing of TRYC.
Although the Demons only made a moderate score of 174, they claimed the prized wickets of Todd Hannam (14) and Aiden Ridley (three) cheaply to score a comfortable victory.
Veteran paceman Clint Renner again dominated with the ball, taking 4-15.
Holbrook defeated Brock-Burrum and Rand crushed Culcairn.
Finals draw: Rand v Walbundrie, Osborne v TRYC, Walla v Lockhart.
