But like most tweens, their birthday is a heavily anticipated affair.
Both Ms White and Mr Livermore were 'Leap Day babies' born on February 29, 1972.
This Saturday will be only the 12th time in their lives they will be able to celebrate their birthday on their birth date.
The pair - who are brother and sister-in-law - will host a joint 12th birthday party 48 years in the making.
Ms White said as a mother of five, four of whom have already surpassed her age, her lack of birthdays has caused plenty of laughs.
She said even her youngest child Star, currently 10, will become a teenager before her.
"People say act your age and I say I am, I'm 11," she said. "The year I turned seven my eldest son turned seven so we were turning seven together.
"I'm looking forward to my 18th... we'll be 72 for our 18th birthday."
IN OTHER NEWS:
The pair, who were born a hour apart, will celebrate together this Saturday, indulging in children's party favourites including party pies, fairy bread honey joys.
But despite their lack of birthdays, the pair said they would also enjoy some adult beverages.
"I've been drinking since I was five," Mr Livermore joked.
Mr Livermore said often people did not understand how or why leap days occur.
"A year is technically 365 and a quarter days, so every four years there's an extra day," he said.
"If they don't put that in the year creeps slowly... so summer creeps into winter."
Mr Livermore was born two-weeks after his due date and hospital staff had even tried to induce his birth the day before to no avail.
Despite, a seeming determination to be a leap day baby, Mr Livermore said he's never been taken by his special birthday.
"It's always been horrible [having a leap year birthday], the only good thing about it is I'm so young," he said.
Ms White said she always liked her unique birthday as it meant she could have a big party every four years.
She said it was very usual to find another person born on a leap day.
"I'm looking forward to celebrating with Peter it'll be a new experience," she said.
