After some fierce racing in round one of the three-leg event a fortnight ago, the championship points tally is looking favourable towards several AWMCC riders, as the majority are all at the pointy end in their classes.
"We have multiple riders in both juniors and seniors all riding exceptionally well at the moment," AWMCC vice-president Josh Antone said.
ALSO IN SPORT:
"I'm really looking forward to seeing how they stand up this Saturday night against the other clubs.
"We ran a junior and senior shootout in round one which seemed popular with the riders, so we are running a similar format again on Saturday.
"We also launched our new multi-grid system in round one where we saw up to 15 riders battle it out in the final, with a reverse grid.
"That certainly mixed it up for riders and was great for the spectators."
Racing starts at 4pm.
Riders are competing for $10,000 in prize money spread across the three rounds.
