The team's two previously planned encounters in rounds three and 12 were abandoned, meaning the last time the clubs played each other was in last year's semi-final.
Corowa walked away with the win on that occasion.
"Both teams have had similar teams over the past couple of years," Corowa's Daniel Athanitis said.
"We're still pretty familiar with each other."
ALSO IN SPORT:
Corowa has no changes to their team and will be looking to bowlers Luke Backhouse, Kaelan Bradtke and Nick Grant to continue their solid form.
"Our bowlers have been handy," Athanitis said.
"Our batsmen just need to stand up and make a score, and hopefully defend it.
"Obviously that first wicket is going to be pretty important."
Corowa and Mt Beauty will meet at Mt Beauty on Saturday with the game kicking off at 1pm.
In other District cricket semi-finals this weekend, Yackandandah and Kiewa will go head-to-head for the second week in a row, with Yackandanah hosting this time around.
Dederang and Eskdale will meet at Dederang.
