Willett continued his dominance in landing 44 targets to out-score Victoria's Mitch Iles (41) and NSW's Thomas Grice (31).
Border-based Willett and Iles couldn't be separated for the first 30 of 50 targets, but Willett's accuracy proved decisive over the final 20 targets.
Willett's win strengthened his claims for selection at the Tokyo Games, but Australia's two quota positions for the event won't be confirmed until the final nomination trial in Sydney on March 22.
With Willett leading the charge, it's expected Iles and Grice will battle for the second spot.
