Crowds were treated to an immersion of light and sound at the spectacular opening of the Border's newest festival - Upstream. Noreuil Park foreshore was transformed last night with a 15 minute laser show by Genius Laser Technology which wrapped up the first day of the festival across the two cities. IN OTHER NEWS: Using 12 full-colour laser projectors linked to a musical score the show was just the beginning of the jam-packed four-day event. Today families have been down at Belvoir Park in Wodonga for the Messy Arty Party.
