Elgins Wodonga, Birallee Tavern, Blazing Stump Hotel and Edwards Tavern will be making meals available on a pick-up basis from their bottle shops in addition to keeping bistros open with even tighter restrictions on the amount of people able to attend hotels announced on Wednesday.
Menus and other key information will be available on individual social media platforms including Facebook in coming days after Prime Minister Scott Morrison confirmed no more than 100 people can be indoors for non-essential social gatherings.
Elgins Wodonga manager Rhys Torpy was appointed the spokesman for the four pubs joining forces.
"We are all promoting the fact we are sanitising and doing all the right things within our businesses already," he said.
"But the real saviour for our industry going forward is going to be the drive-through option.
"Our customers can get what they like in their car, especially those who are vulnerable.
"It is all about minimising the risk, but the key thing to get across is we are still open for business at this stage."
MORE CORONAVIRUS NEWS:
Mr Torpy said the Elgins' bistro rarely gets to 100 people in the bistro at the one time, but extra measures were in place.
"We are distancing tables, we are giving people an option of where they want to sit, there is self-sanitation available if they want to wipe the table themselves," he said.
"We all just want people to know they can continue to come out."
In additional measures at the Blazing Stump Hotel, staff are sanitising doors, tables, chairs and bar surfaces every 30 minutes and .all staff will be using hand sanitiser and washing their hands every 30 minutes.
The pub's Facebook page also states the childrens' playroom is being cleaned thoroughly four times four times each day.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed businesses face fines of up to $100,000 if they breach the 100-person gathering ban.
Individuals could be hit with a $20,000 fine.
Meanwhile, another Wodonga hotel, Huon Hill, has confirmed arrangements post the latest tightening of restrictions via its Facebook page.
When 100 patrons are in attendance they will split on a 80/20 ratio across the dining room and bar respectively.
The Reid Street entrance has been closed and in order to comply with social distancing, the maximum amount of people on one table will be six.
If it has an event booked in the Huon room it will count towards venue numbers and the dining room will be closed.
In the event the maximum 100-people limit is reached, staff will be forced to turn away those wanting to attend.
The pub is closed on Monday for a private event until 3.30pm.
The recently opened Church Street Hotel was contacted for comment.
