One driver caught on phone on Hume every 10 minutes

The highway patrol members took to the Hume Freeway on Friday and caught one driver every 10 minutes.
Of those, eight were in heavy vehicles and six were probationary drivers.
MORE CRIME NEWS:
The drivers received $496 fines and four demerit points.
It followed a similar operation in February which saw 23 people caught.
Police said the message wasn't getting through.
