A country tennis club has defied the coronavirus crisis to stage a successful tournament.
Burrumbuttock's annual mixed tournament attracted 76 players on Sunday.
"It's one of the best tournaments we've had, number-wise, for 10 years," tournament coordinator Maurice Tynan said.
Along with local players, the event attracted competitors from Albury-Wodonga, including Thurgoona, as well as Mitta.
Albury's Mick Reid and Mitta's Lorinda Peters claimed the open event from the home club's Ash Lindner and Lee Koschitzke, eight matches to three.
Elsewhere, Josh and Crystal Dicketts claimed section one, while Hayden Fischer and Samantha Wilson proved too strong in division two.
