In her second season in the competition, the 19-year-old was the only Giant named in the star-studded 21-member squad.
Parker's selection came as no surprise as she finished sixth in the AFL Coaches Association AFLW Champion Player of the Year Award.
The left-footer finished ahead of players of the ilk of North Melbourne's Emma Kearney and Ashleigh Riddell.
Parker said her football had improved markedly after feeling more at home in Sydney.
"Obviously last year was my first year as an 18-year-old, fresh out of school and home, so it was a bit of a whirlwind for the first few months," Parker said.
"I'm in a much better position this year and I've matured a lot in the last 12 months."
Parker was close to best afield in the Giants' finals loss to Melbourne.
