Albury representative coordinator Leonie Mooney admitted while the news was disappointing for the young players, the health and safety of participants, players, officials and volunteers had to come first.

"All regional tournaments are postponed."
Around 60 teams were expected to take to J.C King Park for the representative tournament.
The Association Championships were played in Wodonga last year, with this year Albury's first time hosting the competition since 2017.
