A young man who entered his ex-girlfriend's home uninvited then knocked pictures off a wall, all in a fit of jealous rage, has been ordered to keep his distance from the victim.

Magistrate Miranda Moody said she hoped Joshua Mutsch, who had lost two part-time jobs because of the COVID-19 pandemic, would learn from his immature behaviour.
"What I don't like about this is the stalking aspect of it," she said.
"Stay away from her place. It's over."

Albury Local Court has heard that Mutsch, 20, had organised to meet the woman, but she did not show up.
With that, he took it upon himself to enter her Albury home about 3am through an unlocked but closed back laundry door.
Soon after, the woman arrived home - Mutsch and the victim had earlier seen each other on the night of March 7 - with another man.
She had come in through the front door and saw Mutsch standing in the hallway.
"The accused, seeing the victim with the other male, has become enraged and ran his hand across the hallway wall," police said.
"This has caused a number of picture frames to fall and smash all over the floor."
Mutsch complied with her demands that he leave, though once outside his tantrum continued with him punching and smashing a window and breaking pot plants.
The Lavington man pleaded guilty to break and enter house or building and commit serious indictable offence and intentionally or recklessly destroy or damage property.
He was convicted and put on a 12-month community corrections order.
