New data from the Murrumbidgee Local Health District on Tuesday morning showed there had been a further three cases in Wagga taking the city's overall tally to nine.
Albury and Federation councils remain on six.
The other new case reported by the health district came from Narrandera Shire, the first to be recorded in that local government area.
Meanwhile, Albury Wodonga Health reported on Tuesday morning that there had been no further positive tests to emerge from its Wodonga testing site.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The total number of positive results for those tested at the clinic remains at 10 with one patient in a stable condition in hospital and the remainder self-isolating.
Meanwhile, the Albury Wodonga Health Dental Clinic has closed until further notice.
