The 26-year-old's case was recently listed in Darwin Local Court, after an alleged incident at Amazing Massage on March 1.
Nine News Darwin reported Bowles, who recently won a back-to-back flag with Nightcliff Tigers in the Northern Territory competition, is facing charges of intentionally or recklessly causing damage to property and disorderly behaviour in a public place.
IN OTHER NEWS:
He was granted bail during an appearance before court on March 19.
Bowles is yet to enter a plea.
A spokesman for the court said he would return on April 17 for a directions hearing.
The way the Northern Territory court system operates has changed due to concerns about coronavirus.
Some matters are being dealt with electronically to reduce the number of people attending court.
It's unclear if Bowles' matter will be impacted by the changes.
When contacted, Wodonga Raiders' coach Jarrod Hodgkin said the club was unaware of the details and will speak to Bowles.
The sweet-kicking left-footer is a contracted player with the Border club.
He produced some outstanding football in his debut year at Raiders, finishing runner-up to Hodgkin in the best and fairest.
Like all football, the O and M is on hold until at least May 31 due to the coronavirus crisis.
