The health service's pandemic boss Sally Squire reported that news on Thursday morning in her daily update.
"The total number of positive results for those tested at the (Wodonga) clinic remains at 10," Mrs Squire said.
"Two patients are in-patients at Albury Wodonga Health.
"Eight patients are in self-isolation at home."
Albury Wodonga Health had had one in-patient with COVID-19 previously.
Meanwhile, the Murrumbidgee Local Health District reported on Thursday morning that it now had 40 cases in its area which extends north from the Murray River as far as Young and Lake Cargelligo.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Two of the four new instances of coronavirus come from the Hilltops Council, which includes Young. They are the first to be reported from that area.
The other fresh cases are from Berrigan Shire, taking it to three, and Snowy Valleys Council, giving it two.
There remains seven cases in Federation, six in Albury and two in Greater Hume.
One of the 40 is a resident of Victoria who is isolating in NSW.
