Miles has become the face of The Australian PE Teacher on social media with his zany approach proving a hit across the Border.
His brother and Gold Coast Suns footballer, Anthony, and Border sporting star Jesse Featonby have made guest appearances with exercise challenges.
"It's been good fun," Miles said.
"I'm happy to put myself out there and make a fool of myself if it helps get the message across about staying active in some fairly difficult times.
"The Spider boys out at Howlong have been supportive, and giving me bit of stick too.
"I guess everyone in Australia is in the same boat where we are all trying to go online to get our kids engaged in lessons and encouraging them to stay active.
"I know Jesse is doing a similar thing at Wodonga South Primary School."
The idea was born after Trinity Anglican College's head of PDHPE Jarrod Monaghan suggested staff make online videos while students are home schooling during the coronavirus pandemic.
IN OTHER NEWS:
One video had more than 1500 views in an hour.
While Miles is the front-man, Trinity learning support teacher and Albury-Wodonga Bandits player Jacob Cincurak is working behind the scenes filming video.
Cincurak also put forward his own basketball throwing challenge this week.
"So far the response has been really positive from all the kids at school," Miles said.
"Rather than giving them a youtube clip to go and follow, having a familiar face probably humanises the experience a bit more.
"Amongst some of the funny stuff/videos there are some activities that focus on the fundamental movement skills students need to participate in an active lifestyle."
Miles is open to challenges from everyone from tradies to health professionals.
