Cases were unchanged at 10 over the previous six days, and the new case confirmed on April 10 was among only 13 new cases confirmed across Victoria.
In comparison, this time last week 49 new cases had been confirmed from the previous day.
Of the total 1241 cases, there have been 1001 in Melbourne and 229 in regional Victoria.
Wodonga and Wangaratta remain at one case, and Benalla has three.
The people in Albury who tested positive for COVID-19 are steadily recovering, with four out of the six people now back to health, according to MLHD.
Victoria's Chief Health Officer Professor Brett Sutton today repeated his strong message that Victorians must continue to be vigilant in practicing physical distancing and staying at home for all but essential outings.
"The rules are clear - and they don't change over Easter: stay at home," Professor Sutton said.
"This is tough for many families, but no Easter holiday is worth a life. Stay at home, protect the health system, and save lives.
